If you don’t stand for what you believe in then there is no point in standing for it. I don’t regret anything I say or do. I’ve lived places so isolated that the people will never leave the comforts of their own town. I’ve been placed where people were so uneducated that they didn’t know what college was. I pay a lot of money for my education and if I feel like I’m not getting treated fairly then I’ll say something. If you can’t understand that, pay $90,000 for an undergraduate degree after being dicked around for two years and having a GPA of 3.8 and getting no financial aid, then come talk to me.
VCU has had a real problem with me standing up for myself and questioning their actions. That’s fine. I have the right to do so. Like I said, if you feel like something is unfair or you are being treated unfairly, don’t just sit there and be quiet like everyone tells you to. Do something about it.
